That’s where my work begins.
I offer talks and training for organizations, teams and leaders who want to communicate better, build trust and work more effectively together.
I bring together a biologist’s perspective, more than 30 years of hands-on business experience and a longstanding interest in human behavior. I help people make sense of the tensions, assumptions and reactions that shape everyday relationships—and find more constructive ways to communicate, lead and work together.
